LODGING

On-campus apartment housing was provided for funded ECSITE attendees and was also made available to those participating without funding.

At no expense to the selected funded participant they could check in Sunday, August 11 through check-out Friday, August 16. EVENTS

Monday Evening Poster Session and Reception:
On Monday evening we held a poster session and reception for all attendees.  We included this event as an opportunity for participants to meet their colleagues, learn about the other expertise in the group and offer the potential for collaborative opportunities in the future. Participant posters represented current research, teaching, or project activities.  They were showcased during a reception Monday afternoon and remained up throughout the week for viewing during breaks and other downtime.  The poster boards display area was 44” tall x 68” wide.  The poster boards were unassigned for anyone to post their poster prior to the reception.  Blue painters tape was available for posting.

Thursday Evening Dinner:
Participants joined the group for a local dinner on Thursday evening following the program.
