Project: GRASP (Grid Assessment Probes: Data Intensive Grid Benchmarking)
Research Goals: The goals of this project are to develop Grid monitoring capabilities that enable definition of “benchmarks” which can help characterize the performance of given Grid environments. This is done by running a set of software probes, referred to as Grid Assessment Probes, in the distributed Grid environment. These probes have already been deployed across several GEON nodes and are currently under test.
GEON PI Chaitan Baru is PI of the GRASP project.
